Common QUESTIONS & ANSWERS THAT WILL MAKE OR BREAK YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH A PRESSURE WASHING CONTRACTOR...

1. Are you insured?

    YES: We are one of the few elite exterior cleaning companies in the area that has insurance dedicated for pressure washing contractors exclusively. A copy of the insurance will be given to you if you just ask!

2. Do you offer a guarantee?

    YES: I take a lot of pride in the quality of my work. All  customers receive a 100% guarantee, that promises their property will look great to their satisfaction, or we refund our fee. We will clean or restore your property to your satisfaction.

3. Are your chemicals safe?

    YES: Our chemicals are specifically formulated to provide the highest level of cleaning power, yet are 100% safe... they will not harm your children, plants, or animals. Precious shrubs and plants get a nice watering before and after the job!

We are phosphate-free for Chautauqua Lake as well!

4. Will your pressure washing break my windows or strip the paint off my house?

    NO: We never use high pressure to clean houses. Our technologically advanced low pressure house-wash solution does most of the work and will not harm your windows, siding, or paint.

5. Can you remove those stubborn black streaks from my gutters and roof?

    YES: The black streaks on your gutters come from the asphalt contained in your roof shingles. We use a special gutter cleaner, and for an additional fee we actually hand brush your gutters. Clorox(r) and pressure washing will not remove those stubborn black streaks from your gutters. The streaks on your roof is mold. We do NOT use pressure washing to clean your roof because this will shorten the life of your shingles.  The black streaks on your roof will come out with chemicals alone.  We will not void the warrantee on your roof.
